We understand that sometimes your order isn’t quite right - and that’s okay.

At NOVI, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress-free. Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a NOVI Gift Card.

Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Return Options: Exchange or Store Credit
Refunds: Not offered at this time

To start a return, contact our support team at hi@simplynovi.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Processing Time

• Once your return is received, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7 days.
• Store credit is issued as a NOVI Gift Card via email and can be used toward a future order.

Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet the requirements below will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or scent.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Any hygienic liners included with an item must remain attached and intact.
• Items returned in a condition that cannot be resold will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
